Welcome to our brand new season Soccermanagerites! I hope you Lot have been well and have been seeing the fruits of the tactical intelligence you’ve been implementing within your various gameworlds. Hoping to hear all of the brilliant stories from each and every one of you! 🤞
In this new season, we’re gonna be going on a wild ride as we’ll be fusing 2 separate seasons and placing them together into a mixture that I like to call: ‘Formation Matters meets Player Roles’. So, what we will be going over this season is the best roles that we can use based on the formation/s that you have chosen. As you should already know, there are 28 different formations within S.M.W, and each one has its own unique attributes that make it a good choice as well as a potential liability against specific players and other types of formations.
The main aim of this season will be to showcase the type of players that could make a balanced starting XI ONLY. What this means is that we won’t be taking the tactical playing styles or team instructions into consideration.
We will be using the same approach that we used back in Season 3 by starting out with all of the ‘3 at the back’ formations then going on from there.
Fasten your seat belts lads, because it’s going to be 29 episodes of insight, innovation, and so much creativity that Pep Guardiola would be absolutely proud of us!
