SCOUT REPORT

At the start of your Scouting journey you will be given a randomized list of players whom have been considered potential future signings for your club. In today’s episode, we’ll be going into each player on this random list while briefly explaining whether I agree or disagree with these picks (bare in mind that I have yet to play a match so I wouldn’t expect my Scout to be able to pinpoint right players for my style of play, and we must also take into consideration the fact the my Scout’s Compatibility Accuracy is currently at level 0 out of 5 stars)

In order to understand if these players will fit into my set up, let me show you an image of the potential starting X1 for my Brighton & Hove Albion team:

Alrighty, let’s check out this Scouting Report:

The first random player is French international Axel Diasi who is a 24 year old (at the time of the game) STOPPER that plays for AS Monaco in Ligue 1.

According to my Scout, Diasi is a loyal player who handles pressure well, is fairly ambitious which means that he may consider a team like Brighton as a stepping stone, has 4 years left on his contact with Monaco which will make him expensive, and would want wages of around $65,000 USD with his agent receiving $2.1M USD
My Scout then continues to add that Diasi is around his potential peak, has reasonable squad chemistry (which means he’ll only ever reach 90) and would be open to join the club for a fee in the region of $29.5M-33.5M USD although Monaco might negotiate hard for more.

Final verdict: I agree with my Scout in that Diasi would be a decent fit for us. He would probably be behind Dunk and Webster as my first choice pair, and with a young talent like Levi Colwill and the concerned Joel Veltman in my squad already, I don’t think he’d be a wise purchase.

Another player on the randomized Scouting list is the Sevilla Playmaker Joao Jordan. We’ve already discussed some of the aspects that you can expect from each scouting report so I will leave the image below for you to read and give my final verdict after



Final Verdict: Here is a player that I am a fan of and it seems that there is indeed some compatibility between myself and my Scout since he also believes that Jordan would be a great fit for the team. His Chemistry would be high which means he’d stand a better chance of molding with the squad. The only downside is that he is currently pass his peak (well, according to SM23…) which means he may suffer a decline in rating pretty soon and he is also outside the typical Brighton signing and would simply be a waste of $30M even though I’m a huge fan.




Final Verdict: As much as I appreciate Bobby as a player, I have to disagree with my Scout here as he is in no way a good fit for this Brighton team. His style of play is not a good fit, his age profile is not a good fit, and he’d be a terrible signing for Brighton IMO.

Alright fam, that’s the end of today’s look at the random scouting report that I was given. Now, since I’m a big believer in proper structure, tomorrow I will be assigning myooc xm scout the task of looking for a type of player whom I believe would be the right fit for my current squad. You don’t want to miss it!
